A Warmer Day

Yesterday was a weather shock to all San Antonians. Ice covered almost every object, and the majority of school districts and colleges cancelled classes for the day. But today we are back to our normal state of temperature. It would also be a good idea to stroll by the River walk, and check out the shops at RiverCenter Mall. So everybody lets have a great Saturday! :-)

Hello everybody, I am Alyssa De La O. I am a current student at Texas A&M San Antonio, and majoring in Communications and minoring in English. I graduated from South San Antonio High School in 2011, and this past Spring of 2013 with my Associates at Palo Alto Community College. I sincerely have a love for my hometown San Antonio, TX. I also have a passion for our culture and the work through our community. I felt like if I were to go to into Communications I would be able to look into all of what San Antonio has to offer. Furthermore, my goal for this blog is to post the latest cultural events, news and community service opportunities happening in San Antonio.
